PassMonitor is a free service that allows you to check if an email address has been exposed in known data breaches. The service is provided "as is," without guarantees of completeness or absolute accuracy of results.

You may only use PassMonitor to check emails that belong to you or for which you have authorization. The following is prohibited:

• Using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access internal systems
• Sending automated mass requests (scraping, bots)
• Using obtained data for harassment, extortion, or any illicit practice

4. Email Verification

To ensure only the email owner has access to breach information, we send a verification code (OTP) to the provided address. This code has limited validity and is single-use.

5. Limitation of Liability

PassMonitor is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Results are informational and do not constitute legal or security advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design of PassMonitor are the property of Codecortex Tecnologia. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
